About You:
You’re a proven sales hunter who thrives on closing deals and building meaningful relationships. You have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, particularly in selling contact center services, combined with a passion for identifying opportunities and crafting solutions that create measurable value.

What You’ll Do:
As VP of Healthcare Sales & Solutions, you will:
- Lead Business Growth: Drive new logo acquisition and build a robust pipeline by identifying and developing opportunities with Fortune 500 healthcare companies.
- Deliver Innovation: Leverage Aucera’s cutting-edge Innovation Lab to craft and sell solutions that reduce operational costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve customer retention.
- Shape the Market: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating Aucera’s ability to deliver scalable, nearshore and offshore solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and other departments to align client solutions with Aucera’s transformative vision.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years in BPO (contact center) sales to healthcare providers or companies.
- 10+ years in new business development.
- 5+ years of client services.
- Expertise in contact center industry operations, including offshore and nearshore solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
